Please read the pricing guideline before asking me about prices to avoid any unpleasant conversations!II. PAYMENTCommissions are paid for either upfront or after a sketch has been sent and approved!I accept payment via Paypal, Zelle, Cashapp, and Ko-fi !III. PROCESSI will always send WIP stages to make sure you're happy with the progress before moving onto the next stage!

You may opt out of receiving these messages if you prefer, or if there are specific stages you'd like to be updated onThe commissioner sends any detail/reference they have or want for the commission
(Pose,Expression,Mood,Character/s, etc) I will ask if I'm unclear on something!Send all the above information before the sketch is completed! Additional fees may apply if changes are made to the original description, or anything past the complete sketch phase once started.Unless paying for "Rush Priority" the time frame of the commission is generally up to two weeks, if issues arise, or if there's currently a queue it may be even longer
(Family, Housing, Financial, Tablet/PC and Health Issues)I will always do my best to stay in contact and keep you updated on the status of the commission, I will message to notify your place in queue, the current progress of the commission and if there will be any delays! Feel free to message me if you'd like information beyond thatIV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONMy goal is to make the commissioner happy with the outcome as well as the process! So I'm more than happy to make small adjustments past the sketching phase without fee

(I'm flexible and more than happy to hear you out if you have issues with this beforehand)The commissioner is allowed to-Use the artwork for personal use only, unless commercial use is paid for or agreed upon otherwise~Print the image and redistribute (without the gain of monetary value unless commercial use is paid for)You can post the art as you like as long as proper credit is given to mePlease don't claim the art as your own, only the characters used, if applicable!The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way without the purchase of commercial use)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my consentA Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will still require credit, even if altered! Unless otherwise agreed uponVI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYIf necessary I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point and for any reason.
(I will always verify with you why it's happening)Unless you have received no contact from me within three months of sending payment, refunds are not available.Unverified refunds will result in the loss of your ownership of the commissioned piece, and I may do as I like with it!
